ERM Power Retail Pty Ltd Standard Large Customer Retail Contract
The Standard Large Customer Retail Contract is a statutory contract that only applies in the limited circumstances set out in the Electricity Act (Qld) 1994.
It is not the negotiated contract that would apply between ERM Power Retail Pty Ltd and one of our customers.
Under the Electricity Act, the Standard Large Customer Retail Contract only applies to a customer’s premises if:
-
the premises are in Queensland;
-
the customer is a large market customer;
-
the premises are connected to a supply network without the customer having made a retail services application for the premises; and
-
there is no negotiated retail contract in force in relation to the premises.
Electricity Industry Guideline No.13
ERM supports the disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions connected with the generation of electricity.
ERM believes that through increased customer awareness of the link between energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions, customers will proactively monitor their energy usage and better understand the benefits of greenhouse gas abatement programs.
The Essential Services Commission has produced these guidelines relating to greenhouse gas disclosure on customers' bills.
