Uranquinty Power Station

The Uranquinty Power Station is a 640MW, open-cycle, gas-fired power station, located at Uranquinty in New South Wales. The station represents seven per cent of the state's generation capability.

The Uranquinty Power Station is the biggest and most modern gas-fired power station in New South Wales. It distributes reliable, clean, and cost-competitive electricity to NSW homes and businesses.

ERM led and managed the project’s development, and sold its equity interest in the power station in 2008. ERM continued its commitment to the project as the construction manager through to its completion and hand-over to Origin Energy at the end of 2008.
