Chairman of Master Electricians Australia Pty Ltd
Executive Committee Member of the National Generators' Forum, member representative of the Energy Supply Association of Australia, Fellow of the Institute of Energy and of the Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Trevor St Baker has more than 50 years' experience in the electricity industry, having progressed from a cadetship with the Electricity Commission of New South Wales in 1957, to now head the largest private energy sector company in Australia.
Trevor's track record includes four years as investigations engineer at Australia's first major computer-controlled power station at Munmorah, NSW, in the 1960s, establishing the first generation planning department in Queensland, between 1970 and 1974, a key role in the planning and development of the Gladstone power station and the electricity supply interconnection between central and southern Queensland networks. Between 1974 and 1980 he established the resources division of the Queensland Electricity Commission, during which he was responsible for managing the deregulation of power station coal procurement in Queensland and the development of the Blackwater 'tops' and Curragh coal mine operations to supply the Blackwater and Stanwell power stations. Trevor was also responsible in this period for the negotiation of new coal supply arrangements for the Tarong, Callide B and Swanbank power stations as well as for Stanwell and Gladstone.
Trevor founded ERM in 1980. He established the company as a successful energy consulting practice that was recognised nationally and internationally throughout the 1980s. ERM transitioned to an independent private power development company in the 1990s, in the vanguard of new private sector participation in the Australian electricity market. And he has continued to lead the company to where it is today. ERM is now the largest developer of new cleaner gas-fired power generation across the country, and the most successful new vertically-integrated power and energy supply company serving the industrial and large commercial electricity market across Australia.
ERM led the development of one of the first private utility power stations in Australia, at Oakey (300MW) in Queensland, and has been the lead developer and project manager of 2,200MW of new gas-fired generation from five power stations over the last five years. This represents 5 per cent of the total power generation installed in Australia and more than 30 per cent of the total new power generation constructed in Australia over that period. Trevor led ERM in the planning, licensing and development, and financing negotiations of these power station developments up to 2005. He then stepped up as Executive Chairman of the ERM Power board with independent Non-Executive Directors overseeing a new Managing Director and CEO, who managed the growth of the company eight-fold in employee numbers and achieving more than twenty-fold revenue growth over the following five years. ERM also successfully delivered 2,200 MW of new power generating capability, on time, on budget, and without any permanent injury. The company also successfully launched downstream electricity sales and upstream gas procurement subsidiaries.
Trevor is now the Non-Executive Chairman of ERM Power and Chairman of three of ERM's operating power generation businesses with different partners across both the national electricity market in the eastern states and the western electricity market. He represents ERM Power on industry bodies and in Government advisory roles.
Trevor has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a BA (major in Economics and Psychology) from the University of Sydney. He is a member of numerous industry professional and community organisations and co-ordinates ERM's community and stakeholder programs. These programs include ERM indigenous educational scholarship programs, ERM's support for city-based orchestras to perform in the regions in which it operates, as well as support for a variety of local organisations in areas where ERM operates power stations.

Philip St Baker
Managing Director and CEO of ERM Power Pty Ltd
Chairman of ERM Power Retail Pty Ltd; ERM Gas Pty Ltd; and Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability Committee
Director of ERM Neerabup Pty Ltd; ERM Braemar 2 Pty Ltd; and ERM Power Developments Pty Ltd

Philip is a BHP Billiton-trained executive who has led the development of one of Australia's most successful and fastest-growing private businesses, ERM Power.
Over the last four years ERM has grown from a small energy planning and development company to Australia's largest private, diversified energy company with revenues growing from $10m to more than $400m.
In the last four years the company has developed more than 2,500 MW ($2.5 billion) of power generation and gas pipeline assets in five projects across three states and is the clear leader in generation development in Australia.
At the same time the company has diversified across the energy value chain with businesses including gas exploration, generation development, generation and gas pipeline ownership, operations, trading, and electricity sales to Australia's largest commercial and industrial customers.
Proudly, ERM has delivered this growth safely without a permanent injury while completing business and project plans on time and on budget. This has been achieved without dilution for the private shareholders who own the company.
After cutting his teeth at BHP Coal's operations in Queensland, Philip went on to fulfill roles supporting BHP's 40-plus World Minerals businesses and then onto roles supporting all of BHP Billiton's 100-plus businesses around the world.
For approximately five years, Philip led an international team of talented BHP professionals that exclusively focused on identifying the very best business operational asset management, leadership and technical practices, and leveraged these globally with great success.
In late 2005 Philip joined forces with his father, Trevor, who had successfully established an energy planning and development company that was entering a new phase. ERM needed to manage a significant construction project, and in parallel, establish operations and trading capabilities. Trevor and Philip's skills were a perfect match and the rest is history.
Philip has been the Managing Director for the last four years and remains focused on the medium and long-term growth, strength, and prosperity of the company.
Philip has a Bachelor of Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Previous Positions: Global Maintenance Manager for BHP Billiton, Vice President of QNI, CEO of NewGen Power and Managing Director of ERM from 2006.
