Submit a proposal

Sponsorship proposals should be submitted in writing, in print or electronic form. These applications should be received, at the latest, six weeks before the proposed activity. Proposals should contain:
 
1. A cover letter
2. A proposal document that addresses how the proposal meets each of ERM's criteria
3. A financial breakdown of how any contribution will be spent
4. At least one case study and reference from another or previous sponsor outlining the organisation's ability to work successfully with sponsors.
