Board

ERM’s Board comprises a Non-Executive Chairman, three Non-Executive Directors, who are also independent, and a Managing Director. These members are:

·   Trevor St Baker – Non-Executive Chairman

·   Martin Greenberg – Non-Executive Director

·   Tony Iannello – Non-Executive Director

·   Tony Bellas – Non-Executive Director

·   Philip St Baker – Managing Director

The role of the ERM Board is to represent the shareholders and to promote and protect the interests of the company.

The Board is specifically responsible for establishing the delegated limits of authority to the Managing Director and attending to matters reserved for board decision-making.
