ERM Power is a privately owned company, with our shareholders comprising our employees and directors.

We operate with a corporate governance structure that is as rigorous as that expected of a publicly held company.

ERM’s businesses operate across the entire energy supply chain. This means that we are involved in building and financing power stations, fuel (natural gas) exploration, transporting gas to the power station, and selling the power to large customers (retail).
